Vendor Sign-Up

Congratulations on being selected as one of the first vendors for Verdant Coven Plant Co. We are thrilled to have you join us for our Grand Opening Weekend — May 15, 16, and 17 (Friday–Sunday).

We expect a wonderful turnout and a lively block-party atmosphere as we welcome our first customers through the doors and celebrate with the community.

Vendor Space:
• Each vendor space is 10 ft x 10 ft located in the parking lot.
• Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and display materials.
• If additional space is needed, please contact us in advance for specifications and approval.

Payment:
• Non-Refundable payment is due at the time this agreement is signed.
• Your vendor space is not reserved until payment has been received.
• Vendor fee options:
• $25 for a single day
• $40 for all three days (May 15–17)

Setup & Event Environment:
This is an outdoor parking lot event open to the public and the local community. Please plan accordingly for weather and outdoor conditions.

Vendors are responsible for:
• Their own setup and teardown
• Keeping their area clean and organized
• Removing all trash and materials at the end of each day

Code of Conduct:
Verdant Coven Plant Co. aims to create a welcoming and positive environment for guests and fellow vendors.

All vendors are expected to:
• Treat customers, staff, and other vendors with respect and professionalism
• Avoid aggressive sales tactics
• Keep music, language, and behavior family-friendly
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior

Misconduct or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

Liability:
Verdant Coven Plant Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

By participating in this event, vendors acknowledge that:
• This is an outdoor community event
• Vendors are responsible for the security of their own merchandise, equipment, and personal belongings.
